I come back every now and then to minetown. My application was approved on April 21, 2012. My profile is only listed as a 4 year veteran on my profile. How does the badge determine the years? Are there any goodies I'm missing out on or is it just for bragging rights?

Hello. I haven't been on here in a few months and came back to check out how things are going. I'm getting warnings that I am hacking. I'm holding the right mouse button down as I walk across my garden planting wheat seeds. I keep getting a message: Fastplacing detected. Please wait 10 seconds before placing blocks. Fastplacing detected. Please wait 10 seconds before placing blocks. Fastplacing detected. Please wait 10 seconds before placing blocks. I wait ten seconds and try again. However, now the message has changed: Hacking is not permitted. If you continue to hack, action will be taken. I'm using a vanilla client. (no mods, no texture packs). Has something changed with the game mechanics that we should avoid planting seeds?

Thanks for the reply. I had assumed it should work and that I was doing something wrong since it was on the wiki.

I'm trying out the cauldron mentioned on the wiki. I went with the example of how to dye wool red by throwing wool and a rose onto glass over lava and then right-clicking the glass. I've tried both a 1x1 (demonstrated on the wiki) and 2x2 (described on the wiki) lava pit. I haven't had success in getting it to work yet. I also raised my cauldron above ground and still haven't gotten it to work. Can someone help me out. Also, I'm not having much luck in finding other recipee's that work with the cauldron. Does anyone know where I can find recipees that we can use?
